Astralis is looking for a creative to join the Content team
Astralis owns and operates several different esports teams in Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and FIFA, each with its own identity and peak season. The content team collaborates with a range of internal and external stakeholders – including marketing, communications, and commercial – and not many days are alike. As a Creative, you will be part of the Content team, working closely together with three Video Producers, one Motion Graphic Designer, and one Creative Producer. You will report to the Creative Lead.
You will be responsible for a range of different tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- As a creative partner to the Creative Producer, you will help oversee all day-to-day content production
- You will help lead concept development, execution and sign-off for content (primarily video) across the Astralis channels, commercial partnerships and pitches
- Help develop and create the visual look and feel of Astralis
- Act as a guiding support for the videographers and animators
- Develop and create concepts, ideas and designs for commercial content and pitch to clients, with clear communication of how each concept will deliver for their brand and objectives/KPIs
- Understand and help create content that speaks to the Astralis target audience
- Push the creative boundaries to constantly elevate our creative output
Requirements
- Excellent graphic design skills as well as motion graphic / animation experience
- Excellent ideation and completely comfortable creating concepts / 360 campaigns
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English
- Experience working with clients / commercial partners through both pitch and execution
- Passion for storytelling - building and driving the story in every content piece or concept developed
