Job description

Astralis Group is looking for a Partnerships Manager for our portfolio of teams and corporate channels. As a Partnerships Manager, it is your job to be the focal point and driving force behind the execution and strategy of our commercial partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact and the day-to-day operational lead of driving and proving the commercial value that we generate whether they joined forces with us to build awareness, engagement or direct sales.


Typical activities

·       Day-to-day management of partners’ marketing and advertising campaigns at Astralis

·       Regular communication and liaison with Astralis partners at a senior level

·       Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to our partners

·       Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

·       Using your knowledge and skills to push partners, the Partnerships team and Astralis in the most productive direction

We imagine you coming from a role or a background where you have developed and executed on campaigns, partnerships or sponsorships on either client, agency or rightsholder side. We do not require you to have a strong understanding of the gaming and esports space, we do however expect you to have a commercial and creative approach to your work.

·       Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas in a changing environment
