Monday means POWER Ligaen, and excitement is building as the Talent team gears up for the beginning of Season 25.

In the regular season's first match, the team will head-to-head with Preasy Rising, who were just promoted to the Danish top league. The showdown is set for January 15, 2024, at 19:00 CET, promising a nail-biting clash in a best-of-one (Bo1) format.

Chasing the title

Led by in-game leader Andreas 'kiR' Kirstein, the Talent lineup is on a mission in this POWER Ligaen. After finishing 3-4th place last season, they're hungry for the top spot.

The team is primed for battle with recent victories in United21 in December 2023 and a triumphant start in 2024. The goal is to reclaim the POWER Ligaen trophy, aiming for their third overall, after successes in seasons 22 and 23.

POWER Ligaen consists of eight teams, all competing in a Group Stage, where everyone faces each other twice in best-of-one matches, and in the end, the top four qualify for playoffs.

The final champion takes home approximately $10,000.

  • The group stage is played in a best-of-one match format, with eight teams vying for a spot in the playoffs.
  • The playoffs are a traditional single-elimination bracket system with best-of-three (Bo3) matches.

Going forward, the Talents will play two Bo1 matches in POWER Ligaen each Monday in the regular season.

Teams competing in the 25th edition of POWER Ligaen:
